Mozilla Firefox Favourite Manga Hellsing, Elfen Lied, Trigun Maximum	As far as I'm concerned: LSSJ Broly (Movie 10)>Zenkai Perfect Cell>Perfect Cell~LSSJ Broly (movie 8) I have Movie 8 Broly and Cell relatively close to each in power, give or take a little if you will. With Cell's superior abilities and intelligence will pull off the win the end. Zenkai Cell crushes Movie 8 Broly and the tables are turned and Movie 10 Broly takes down Zenkai Cell.

Since you meant M8 Broly against Zenkai Cell, Cell effortlessly stomps Broly like there's no tommorow.

I'm personally not really going to get into an argument here but, Goku hit a Broly whose power was already rising. Goku hit a Cell that was heavily suppressed, you can't really compare the two.

Cell's full power shook the planet and made everyone actually worry about SSJ2 Kid Gohan. Stop ignoring the fact that Cell was suppressed during both of his fights with Goku and Gohan..

Brolly from movie 8 at best is close to power Perfect Cell presented against Gohan. Maybe a little bit stronger. However he is a total moron with no basic skills in h2h combt or ki use. Cell on the other hand presents crazy variety of techniques from Vegeta, Frieza, Goku and Piccolo (in anime he also has tien and Kuririn techniques) and in fact he is one from a few villians who can keep up with Z-Senshi skills. Super Perfect Cell? He would finger flick Brolly from 8 movie.
